  • HAIR CONSULTATION REQUIREMENTS

    Consultations are required for each and every appointment, every client requires a different amount of grams and every client requires a different amount of inches just depending on their desire goal and hair. Everyone is not a candidate for hair extensions which is why it's super important to get through a consultation before deciding on a method & booking.

  • DEPOSITS

    A non-refundable and non-transferable $20-$150 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee. Once you book your service online and pay the booking fee. It's non-refundable and you are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your own appointment. This obligation is your sole responsibility.

  • TIME MANAGEMENT

    Please be on time if you show up to your appointment 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment you will be considered a no call no-show appointment. (IF stylist has NO more clients after you she may decide to take you with a late fee.) Please do not book your appointment on a time sensitive day for you. Being rushed is not tolerated.

  • CANCELLATION

    If you cancel your appointment / swap services your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours you will be considered as a no call no-show ,no-show appointments will be subject a penalty charge of a service fee next booked .

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Please bring the remaining balance in cash. Credit and debit cards will be charged 5% . Cash app / Zelle / Apple Pay and any form of online payment in person will be charged $15 fee with total

You will receive a confirmation email/text shortly after booking & deposit approval, detailing the time, date, and location of your appointment.

 It is imperative that you confirm your appointment on the site for your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

We will also send you reminders and preparation instructions to ensure you are fully prepared.

Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number and email address to avoid any risk of cancellation.

Kindly arrive with your hair tangle-free and ready for your appointment. We look forward to serving you.

(If you’ll need a wash, please be sure to book it along with your service. Adding it afterward isn’t guaranteed and may require rescheduling if the hair has product or isn’t clean.)
